Setting sand foundry (PEP SET)

Intended for the manufacture of single parts or in small series, this process is used for the production of complex and large parts.

From a few grams to several hundred kg, Pep set casting is perfect for aluminum parts with complicated shapes.

Green sand foundry

The serial aluminum parts will be produced using shake-pressure molding. This manufacturing method allows us to cast a larger quantity of parts per day. Its maximum dimensional tolerances of the frames are:
